Who is this for?

Stations and airport authorities with PRM/ADA responsibilities that want to show DOT and airport leadership they’ve closed the wheelchair-handling gap — from gate-side transfers to stairs.

What if we only want ProMove right now?

That’s what the ProMove Starter is for: one Airport Kit, live virtual crew training (Teams/Zoom, 60–75 min), electronic certificates, and a simple printable log template — $1,497. You can grow into a Floor Pack or Site Pack later. Same Compliance Defender Guarantee.

Do we have to use DrewOS?

Floor Pack and Site Pack include 12 months of DrewOS by default (incident + training logs, Part 139 AEP attachments). ProMove Starter uses a simple PDF log instead. Keeping DrewOS past 12 months is optional.

What happens if we still get cited?

The Compliance Defender Guarantee: if a DOT inspector or FAA Part 139 / ADA reviewer cites your station specifically on the equipment or training records we set up — within 12 months — I come back on site for a full remediation day at no charge AND cover your re-inspection fee up to $5,000.

What if our station or terminal doesn’t fit these packages?

No problem. Starter, Floor Pack, and Site Pack cover most use cases, but some stations and authorities have unique layouts, union rules, or existing equipment. In that case, the best next step is a 15–20 minute custom-quote call.
